Dear Sir,
Need good family court lawyer to appeal in the high court against the verdict of the lower court in 125 case as my wife left her matrimonial home on her own will and shouldn't be entilted for minyhly alimony. She herself stated before the court that her father came to her matrimonial home and she left the home with her mother.
Kindly advise.

Unless you develop your case properly at lower court not much use at higher level.
Higher courts have large no of cases so much less time per case. If there is specific point than only you can get hearing otherwise not.
More over without paying the dues HC will not entertain any application.

Desertion if proved,can be used to curtail maintenance.SC citations can be used.
