Is a lawyer working with a dispute resolution department of a corporate firm eligible for HJS??

For higher judiciary one can apply after 7 years of advocate experience, and must be below 45 year's.

thank you for responding sir, but wanted to know if a litigating lawyer working at a corporate firm is eligible for such exams ? if he has 7 yrs experience as you mentioned above. is there a judgement in favour of corporate firm lawyers??

I ask this because even law officers with banks are considered to be ineligible for such exams.

Recruitment Rules of High Court shall govern the subject, you are a learned person, read them thoroughly before taking any step/action.

Thank you sir, but that judgment only talks about prosecutors rest areas are left for interpretation.
