hindu sucession act

my grand father divided his ancestral property to his 3 sons,leaving 2 daughters ,through registered partition deed in the year 1968,
In left 2 daughter ,1 daughter died 50 years ago,Now the children of expired daughter filed a suit for partition,
Is this suit valid?
who will win the case?
please reply me sir/madam?

Daughters has equal rights in ancestral property. Please state full facts of the case so that advice can be given.

No.suit is not maintainable.properties has partitioned through registered partition deed years ago without any objection Recent judgment does not apply in your case.

If it was coparcenary ancestral property what the grand father did was right as per law. The daughters did not have right in the coparcenery property then.

So the grand children will not have any right in the property and they may not succeed in the case.

The children of the expired daughter can not win the case. As the case is already decided
