My name is Anil
My father is in bank he took home loan but unfortunetly he expired. when i go to bank the bank officer say your home laon is not insured . is there is not rules to get home loan insured for bank staff .
Now what i can do to get free from home loan liability.Please guide me ..........................

All the legal heirs of the deseased father, would be liable for the home loan dues. There would not be any scheme to insure the loan liability of the bank staff. If you don't want loan liability, sell the house and settle the home loan dues.
