I am a resident of a small villege in Maharashtra state. We have our ancestral property at Netarde Village of Maharashtra. The property is yet unpartitioned. Our Grandfather has 4 sons and 2 daughters. My grandfather had constructed a home in the same village. Grandfather died before the completion of the home construction. One of my uncle, he started living there against the will of all other family members as everybody wanted to stay at that home. With the help of few corrupt Grampanchayat members of the villege, he could register the home on his name with submission of affeidavit saying that If any of the family members takes objection against this registration then he will be held responsible. Now everybody has submitted their objections in grampanchayat office, but Grampanchayat is reluctant to cancel the registration. In this regard please guide me so that I can take proper steps against this registration. I want the home registered on the name of all of the family members, so that all can stay there without any dispute.
