Honourable Members reply what i do?

I have My Name and my father name in school record without surname but in obc certicate there is surname,i was told at the time of making obc certicate i must have to add surname, MY QUESTIONS IS,CAN IT WILL CAUSE ANY PROBLEM???If yes then what are its solution??

are you in school? if no then school certificate cannot be changed now. you ask the department whether they need any undertaking, affidavit to issue the obc certificte to you.
