As if it was well planned to attach my property and so the Dy. Registrar accepted the application u/s 101 without verifying the facts and without following the procedures laid down in Section 101 of MCS act 1960.
He was not having any of the details as mentioned in our submission and in the Order . Than how the application filed by intruders, usurpers, imposters and impersonators was accepted . There are more than 600 pages of evidence and correspondence which cannot be put up on the forum. I apologize for posting so many docs on the board. I do not mind posting other relevant documents which are very interesting if the forum permits me to do so.
