My relative purchased one of the house sites from a private party in Gram panchayat in Andhrapradesh. The site seller sold his remaining sites to two cell tower companies, who are going to construct/erect two cell towers in the residential area. As a result my relateve unable to construct his house in the purchased site and live, due to the radiation power emitting which causes cancers and other dieseass. My relative is also a patient of BP,Sugar and hedart patient.
My relative cannot construct a house very close to the cell towers, his investment of Rs. nearly 6 lakhs for site becomes useless. No body will also buy the site from my relative because of these towers problem. As the people are objecting the towers, the cell tower management approached high court of Andhrapradesh
Under these circumstances, can my relative file a damage suit for the amount he invested in the site, against the site seller or the cell towar companies ?
