How can property title transfere on my name

my wife's death done on 17/04/2015. we bought a underr construction property on our joint name beforee her death

now property is ready and i want to apply home loan for it. i have two child 1.daughterr aged as on today 21.

2. son as on today15. and bank want some legal document to disbus loan on my name 

what is the easiest way to get loan against this property please guide me 

we have given an affidevit to the builder after death of my wife  that i and my children are the only legalhair. if they want i and my dauther and son have no objection to jointly hold name on share certificate of the said propperty so pls guide me easiest way

Obtain legal heir certificate and apply for bank loan with property documents.

The property is already vested with the legal heirs - viz. You, the children and your mother-in-law (if alive). Has the builder executed the conveyance?
