We got married around 2 years back on 25th Feb 2012. Since then she was not courtesy for family and not try to do any house hold work. As a result there was disputs between her and me/family. Now we are having baby 3 months old and she wenr her home but not coming back. We tried to making her come back but no use.
We are afraid now they can file dowry case against us.
What should we do or can we have some safety guard with that?

:) Why are you afraid if you have not demanded dowry.
Talk to her/parents/common elders and apprise them of your situation. If mediation does not work, file RCR, will save you in the long run.
There is no safety gaurd but only effective gaurd.

Thanks Gautam Ji for your response...
We tried to talk with her parents but they are not ready to listen and blaming us like we are torchering her so she can't live in same home with my parents. They also want her to move new home seperately.
Its already 50 days passed and no news from their side.
So what should we do? We are afraiding as we heared many cases abiut fake dowry cases.

pls refer to my earlier post. You cannot control/percieve/anticipate what they intend to do. You very well can plan you actions in advance. Speak to a good L.
