hello experts,
Regarding: TWELFTH SCHEDULE (Constitution of india)
2. Regulation of land-use and construction of buildings.
As per about clause under constitution of India "Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike should give permission" for building construction.
But BDA is the authority sactioning construction plan.
how did " the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act of 1961"
superseded "Constitution of india's 12th schedule, 2 clause"?

@Gautam: you have a very good question about the constitutional validity of the the authorities performing their duties. If in your opinion this is illegal and invalid you may as a whistle-blower can file a PIL challenging their authority.
