My lawyer filed 498a quash petition yesterday for A2-A7 in AP high court, On 17th April all A1-A7 have to appear for examination in vizag court, which is 750km away.
I was pushing my lawyer for last 50 days to file asap so that we can get stay. but he filed yesterday and he says we will get stay before 17th, is it possible to get stay before 17th in my case?
