How many number of flats, can one buy

Dear Experts,

Is there a limitation in buying number of flats in Mumbai? If so, how many can one buy in his individual name?

I think there is no such rule.

there is a limit of 1 under MHADA otherwise no limits

under MHADA u can buy any other property

But NOT any MHADA property u Can Buy MHADA Property in ur name only once

MHADA is formed with objective of providing low cost housing (LIG)

Although Now HIG property of MHADA is open for all which is available MArket rates
