How marriage is proved as per hindu marriage act?

Based on 3 photos of garland of a mine with a girl (which was taken jokingly by girl, but now I realised her intention for that), that girl has filed dv case against me and is going to file 498a, 504, 506, 420 and dowry act. Those photos are 1 year old. Girl is saying that she is married to me 1 year back according to hindu shastro vidhi and jati riti rivaaj. 1. Are these 3 photos with garland only be considered a proof of marriage? (There is only white background in photo with only two of us, no sindoor, no mangalsutra, no mandir and no agni is there). 2. How can I challenge these photos and prove them wrong?
