How much does it cost to apply for a legal notice?

How much does it cost to apply for a legal notice against my employer?

My employer refused to pay me my last month salary because I quit my job without a notice period.

I was hired on this job without any agreement signed. So there was no such notice period informed.

So, I want to know if I can apply for a legal notice against my employer & how much it cost?

You can give legal notice in layman's language. Postage will be Rs. 25/-. Paper, a rupee.

Please note that a legal notice from an Advocate is more effective as sometime an Advocate tag matters than other things! So if the matter is important please manage an Advocate's letter head.
