I had filed a partition suit. It is going on very slowly. The case is against my brother but my brother stayed ex-party. My sisters are ready to compromise with me. My lawer waited for my brother to come to court so he delayed notice reaching my sisters after a lot of fight with the lawyer all the notices reached in about 2 years period. My lawyers tried other tricks to bring my brother to court so that he can run the case for 10 years and earn money. But he failed in that. Now he is delaying the case and openly telling me "More the money you spend faster will be your work done" That means I have to pay more money to him otherwise he will delay my case. He dose not tell how much money I have to pay? Can any body tell how much money I have to pay? There is no contest and no opposition. Now the next step is filing part compromise petition, and then evidence taking and argument.
