How to calculate sexual harassment settlement

Dear Sirs,

The lady is a victim of "s*xual and mental harassment" and "illegal termination without any prior intimation or inquiry" for voicing out the issue in the company.

ICC/GRC inquiry was under the thumb of the Director who settled it in the favour of the other director who is the accused.

FIR is filed, however no serious investigations are made by the police and are insisting on witness despite producing circumstancial evidence in the above matter.

State women's commission says they cannot help.

Labour commissioner has forwarded the issue to labour court, however it will take more time for court to send notice.

Child and welfare department does not have LCC to question the ICC/GRC report. So it will take more time for them to form LCC.

Employer in their reply to the above forums have been blaming the lady for putting up the matter before the Govt and law enforcement bodies, calling it unlawful.

Family, especially the lady's daughter is going into depression while her parents are running around handling the issue for the last 4 months now.

Her family will got to streets if this issue is not resolved at the earliest.

Please help resourcefully regarding how the damages can be calculated regarding s*xual harassment, mental distress, impact on the family (especially the child), loss of employment due to illegal termination and financial hardship.

My question pertaining to the above matter Sirs, is there any specific mathod to calculate the damages, if you please guide me.

Thank you ...

Thank you.
