How to change divorce lawyer

Currently, I am contesting a divorce case, while being in this process,

I would like to change my lawyer.

1) I am wondering what will be the best way to do it amicably?

2) any disadvantage of doing that?

3) alternatively, what if your lawyer become greedy and taking the advantage of situation? how to take  the work from the lawyer?

Thanks

What is your allegation against your lawyer?  Why do you want to change him? Have you found him doing anything against you or is he not doing your work at all? However, it is your choice to continue with him or to change him.  For changing your lawyer, first find a better person, take vakalat from him to your lawyer, get an endorsement of 'no objection' and then proceed with your case through your new lawyer

U can change ur lawyer at any moment provided u take NOC from him. However, try to settle with him if u have any doubt against him.
