I am asking this valuable forum
How can I conver L&L to Executable Decree ? ...in such case I am ready to give some concession to licensee (or hence forth will create new licence based on your feedback or remedy)
After UPI (in new Reg L&L) I have started to collect 36/60 months PDC cheques as security & I ask Licensee to transfer online on predefined date & get the PDC cancelled/void or returned ..
similarly for adding value to my existing experienced ...
I am eager to know how to convert my new L&L Agr to Executable Decree...?

First of all how do you think that the L&L can be convert3ed into executable decree without a courst judgment in favor of the licensor?
have you filed any case against the licensee?
If not, then clearly state what is your problem so that a proper opinion can be rendered
