How to create a will ?

Just express your desiere in words in presence of witnesses on a stamp paper and register that.

The will is operational after the death of testator(who makes a will)

You can choose anyone to be executor of will deeed.

However it is not necessary to register a will but better is to register it.

I agree with the advise of Mr. Sohail saab.

even stamp paper is not neede.

registeration is also optional.

the follwoing need to be clearly written :-

1. descripttion of person making will
2. reglion/cast  of the person making will
3. descripttion of propoerty
4. descripttion of signing witnesses
5. descripttion of the beneficiaaty
6. share of the beneficiary.
7. date of will
