How to exit from a case

I am the complainant. Is it possible for me to ask my Advocate to proceed for mutual settlement and forget all differences.

Thanks in advance,

Madhu

Tell us about the nature of the case for us to comment. Your advocate though is always bound by your instructions.

Dear Adv. Bharat Chugh:

First thanks for your response.

My case is against promoter for delay compensation. On getting possession letter I filed a Misc. Appln to deliver my flat without asking for payments for amenities not yet completed and provide NOC, The LD. Advocate for OP has submitted before the court that order be passed as to provide possession. The order was passed on Jan-2013. I have written to OP for delivery of apartment as per court order. But they are keeping quite.

I am very afraid that I may not get my apartment. My advocate is saying that he will proceed with filing Execution Appln.

Is there any way to get out of court and settle it. I am afraid that OP may in return ask for hefty compensation and may

file more charges against me through some other law.

I am also not sure whether Execution Appln. can be filed so soon. Please advice me on this also?

Yours truly,

Madhu
