How to file an injunction order

hi my question is how an advocate is going to file an injunction suit based on survey number or boudaries which is to be correct. My doubt is survey number is wrong but the boundaries are correct , the plaintif will get a permanent injuction order with our rectification deed.

Dear, elabarote the subject matter because filing a suit for injunction depends on several factors, like possession cause of action, ownership, nature of dispute consequences etc....

sir here is false registration was done by a person which he is interested because later that said land is going to register on his mother name hence he played this drama, i will explain in brief there is an exrtent of 9.5 acres in three survey numbers , but in the deed two are correct and lost one is very costly land and which is not in the same single plot, this is a different land which is one kilometre far from the other land.

Order for Injunction can be prayed under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 after detailing the falsification done in registration.

Yes ou can file a suit for declaration and injunction and you can pray for setaside of sale deed as the same was done by deceiving the concerned person.
