How to file say for dismissing rcr petition?

There are three cases pending in my hometown court, i.e Dissolution (Nullity) of marriage in Family court filed in 2012, 498a, 504 and 508 cases filed in 2014 in JMFC court and Application under PWDV Act filed in 2015 in JMFC court. Kindly inform the procedure to file application for dismissal of RCR petition filed by husband in his hometown Court, without having to travel.

If his RCR Petition and your nullity petition fall in different districts, then you have to file transfer petition in High Court to get his RCR petition transferred in the court where your cases are pending. If both the cases are within the same district, file transfer petition before District Judge for transfer. You have to move transfer petition or contest RCR case by going there.
