Dear Sir,
1. How to Find a legal heirer before purchasing any property ?
2. any public notice is sufficient before purchasing the property ?
3. any leak-free procedure before purchasing the property so that any legal heirer of property comes it will be deemed to have no right .....
Sir please put the light on the matter.

There is no fool proof procedure for ensuring that there are no outstanding claims. But the following things can help :-
1) Due diligence/search of the entire chain of title in concerned records revenue etc.
2) Public Notice in the newspaper.
Disclose your locus standi and consult a local advocate !
