How to get a false divorce case dismissed to the earliest?

Please state when and how soon can a divorce case filed by husband on false grounds of desertion and cruelty can be dismissed if wife has strong evidence. Will this bar the husband from filing in future?

No fixed time can be provided for decision of a contested matter as time varies from Court to Court.
