My father has to change his name but he lives in Saudi. Because of that, we are not able to get a notarized affidavit since he can't be physically present in India to sign the affidavit in front of a lawyer. What should we do to get the affidavit notarized? We need it urgently to publish a name change ad in the newspaper.
