how to get ab after notice bail

My case is in Delhi.I have got 5 days notice in case of registration of FIR And yesterday i visited pS and IO gives me 41.1 notice So my question is, that notice has been started from today or it will be after getting the arrest warrant Note that per my notice bail says Registration of Fir not in case of arrest And my FIR registered on 29Jul2016... IO shared me the copy I told my lawyer promptly but he told me that notice bail is same as arrest . my lawyer is telling me that we can file for ab only after the arrest warrant else it will be rejected reason i hv d notice bail. I am mush concerned about parents and brothers so please help me out and tell me my next step. regards, Kumar
