Dear Experts,
My custody case is in Chennai HC where one honest judge has referred my son to a Psychologist since he seems to be too timid and scared and dien respond to judge in the chamber.
I met the Psychologist, she tried for reunion but it didn't workout. Then finally she told the kid is much manipulative and he has the fear of unknown. If the same continuous, he may become an antisocial element.As well she told that she would give the same in the report.
Now my lawyer is saying we cannot get the copies of the report since is discretion of the judge.
Please help me any legal ways or citations to get the report since I have to use it for further counselling in our cities.
