How to get rid of consent term order?

I had agreed to consent terms filed in City Civil Court at Mumbai in the year 2009. As per court order plaintiff and defendants had agreed to sell the common property by a private treaty with in 6 months but me and other defendants did not move in the matter as two of us wanted to knock down extra money from plaintiff. Plaintiff has now filed Execution application in the same court with in 2 years of the Consent Term order seeking vacate possession of the property ( that we two have been using all these years without paying any thing to plaintiff ) and wants the court to appoint the Sheriff of Mumbai to sell them. I don't want to loose the property and need a lawyer who can turn the case in my favor. Pl. help.

Go for appeal with an application for condonation of delay. Consult a lawyer, but since there is a consent from your side law of estople will run against you.
