Hi All,
I have registered property with clear title and enjoying for last 20 years. It is residential property purchased in approved lay out.Now some folks are claiming it is belong to the ancestors land without any proof of documents.They filed a case not submitting any proof of documents and the case going for last 3 years. How to defend them.Since they filed the case,we are in trouble while selling the property.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

in this above situation, if court admit special questionier against plantiff for submitting of orignal documents and their explanation then reduce civil case numbers , time and expensive of money . then we can avoid some of floks.
