Further to my earlier post wherein I stated I filed divorce case .me and my wife are working as officers in psb bank.she left me in 2016 .now I filed dicvorce case in Oct 2018 on the basis of dessert on and cruelty. now I got call from women cell of her city narrating that a compliant has been registered against me ,my dad's,my mother and my cousins by my wife alleging 498 a dowry and domestic violence.plz guide me how to handle it.we HV not taken even a single penny from them.nor demanded anything.and as she left me in July 2016.now I filed divorce first so she is alleging g such fake cases against us to counter ...
Why further actions she may take and how to deal theese fake cases.
