Marry under the Special Marriage Act,1956. The marriage is civil marriage which is solemnized by Marriage Officer/Registrar in presence of 3 witnesses. Marriage is duly registered and Valid Marriage Certificate issued to parties to marriage. No religious ceremonies done just simple procedure which is done in few minutes. The marriage requires just one month notice to be given by both parties to Marriage Officer and after one month the marriage get solemnized. Contact Marriage Officer of your district which is Deputy Commissioner of your district.

What makes you not marry in a church and under some tree out of town? Any particular reason?
