I am based out of Bengaluru. I want to open a Tutorial which will run completely online - either web based and/or mobile application based. There will not be any classroom trainings.
- Wanted to know the legal procedures to open the same.
- Is there any difference with respect to legalities between the actual tutorial and the we based tutorials?
