how to prove re marriage

Why do you have to prove he re-marriage especially when the marriage between yo bothws dissolved by a decree of divorce?

How did you come to know that she got remarried, if any reliable source had informed you about it then you can ask the same source to provide you the evidence or search for the same through your own sources.

If a person gets a divorce decree by a court, he/she can remarry.  So what is your problem and after getting a divorce, how do you interfere with his/her issues?

are you  in knowledge of any law which requires divorcee woman cannot marry and cannot have children.

the issue is that the husband given divorce as per personal law as both are muslims but she filed 494-ipc against husband and a FIR also booked against husband and chargesheet submitted against husband in Honble court. Mean while she got married having kid and njoying her life by filing false cases.

The case under bigamy filed against the husband of Muslim religion by his Muslim ex-wife is not maintainable in law, hence there is nothig to be concerned about it.

I think the ex wife is trying to robe her exhusband in a case where as she has already married some one else . So all u can do is to gather the proofs of their marriage by any means . Like their living together or any certificate or any photograph and if any child try to get their birth details which will prove her marriage
