Request you to please help me in my topic,
One lady logged a fake FIR against my family member that they have attecked on her and also show the injury in medical report. so how we can get the genuinty of this medical report because this was fully fack and my family member innocent she had taken two my brother name and one my brother in low name in report and that time as she mention in report both my brother in their offices and his employer has already issued the his presnt report for that day...
Now my query is 1) can we get the mobile tower location locality for this particuler time (as the letest technology used in delhi and mumbai gang rape case)
2) can we get the genuinety of the medical report from the hospital thru RTI or is there ant CCTV and other provision in medical certification issue..
and please advice any other way so we cab get the proper justice.
