How to " prove fake death certificate" from abroad is fake

Some land Graber made "warsai" of Our Agriculture land in Gujarat India.They obtained Fake Death Certificate from Abroad.We didn't register my Grandfather's brother Death in India.They obtain some one's Death certificate with very similar name from Abroad.Land grabber made small change in name in Original Certificate and present it to Mamlatdar.Now we challanege it in to SDM court this entry.We obtained original Death certificate from abroad. We shaw it to SDM. But He is saying how can I belive that this is Original.Now How can I proof this case in SDM court?
