How to remove the tenant from shop?

Sir, I have a tenant on my shop for more than 25year with no agreement, now i want the shop for my own purpose ,but the tenant is not ready to leave the shop,after repeated attempted. Please guide me what are the option availiable for me? Can i disconnected the electricity line.

You have to file suit for eviction against your tenant on ground of personal and bonafide necessity.
