somewill advise you to hand over to someone to drive outside Delhi without change of RC [obvoously without your control and full responsibility of yours] for handful of more currency.  You will not be aware in which part of country the car is driven by whom whether with/without license/insurance etc and for which purpose. In that you will be responsible for any crime or damage committed by the car in any part of India
