ONE OF MY FRIEND TOOK LOAN FROM ME AND NOW HE IS AVOIDING MY CALLS/MESSAGES AND NO REPAYMENT FROM HIM.I HAVE MAIL CONFIRMATION FROM HIM FOR THE LOAN.NOW I WANT TO SEND A LEGAL NOTICE FOR THE RECOVERY OF MONEY.CAN I SEND A NOTICE ON MY OWN TO HIM WITHOUT GOING TO ANY ADVOCATE(CURRENTLY I HAVE NO MONEY FOR EVEN EATING FOOD ALSO.I CANT PAY ANY FEES AT THIS TIME TO THE ADVOCATE.I LOST ALL MY MONEY).IF I CAN,PLS SUGGEST SOME FORMAT FOR THE NOTICE?

I request you not to post such posts that you have no money for eating food. There is no specific format. Simply you can send the notice demanding the repayment of your loan money within 15 days failing which you will take legal action for recovery of the amount with interest and costs. Now a days courts are accepting notice sent through email also.
You can even approach police to lodge complaint which will cost you nothing.
