A court hukamnama is an order, edict, or injunction issued by a court. In a divorce case, the court may consider various factors, including the petitioner's allegations, the respondent's counter-claims, and the evidence presented

The judgement will discuss all the aspects of the case and will give legal reasons for the judgement rendered.

The decreetal order is to confirm the judgement in brief which will be useful for all purposes especially for submission before marriage registrar during second marriage.

The term Hukamnama (Urdu) is translated to judgment (English).

What is the judgment in the subject case ?

Decree

A decree in the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) is a formal court order that settles the rights of parties in a civil suit. It's a conclusive determination of the rights of the parties.

Is the hukamnama or court order in a divorce case  legally acceptable instead of a decree ??

You may go through the answer given above before repeating the question.

The court order is always legally valid unless it is challenged before appellate court.
