Respected sir, My grandparents make a will in the favour of their younger son after making the will the younger son not care their parents and not giving any economical help,the health of my grandparents is not so good they need some for help.Only my father care my grandparents. Can my grandparents approach to NHRC or Senior Citizens Maintenance court for complaint against their younger son for not care their parents after making a Will. Please give me a detail information about the above inconvenience with my grandparents. This is the case of Human right violation? Thank you

Firstly let the grandfather cancel the will made in favour of younger son and make a fresh will in favour of the son taking care. The services of lawyer can be taken in doing this. The grandfather not in good health need not approach any authorities at this stage as the best is to disinherit the younger son of the property of grandfather. The authorities can only order the children of the old man to be taken care physically and financially nothing else.

Respected sir, My grandparents property in bihar state and "will" made in district court of Bihar but now my grandparents lives with my father at Delhi. so,I just want to know that The " will" will cancel in district court of delhi and new "will" can make in district court of delhi. Thank you
