How will you prove Dowry and DV case whenever you file for it as you have neither mentioned the circumstances for Dowry nor the incidents of domestic violence , although a lot many here in would instigate you to do so .Have you filed a FIR and do you have a medical report to claim the same .

As of date there is no law as such for your husband to reside .  But when ever a law comes into force like the protection for Mens domestic violence than he would be in a position to seek right to residence . 

I have no medical certificate and presently no any FIR field by me against husband.and me and my husband seprate after may 2012 and i have no any proof for 498a because under 4 wall all things creat and no body gaves any proof in under 4 wall situations. Plz reply

I apperciate your reply that it is difficult to prove domestic violence under 4 walls of the bderoom . What exactly are you looking for do you want to patch up with your husband than talk it out with him there is no point looking at your ego . Next if you dont want to live with him than seek MCD ., It is fast and gets over in a period of six months . Since you are young you can re- Marry and start your life a fresh . There is no point in wasting time in fighting court battles and wasting your money on lawyers fees .

Maine patch up nhi karna chahti aur apne husband ko divorce bi nhi dena chahti.kyoki mere husband ne engagement ke baad aur shaadi se pahle mere affair ka pata laga liya tha and shaadi se inkar kiya tha leki us time maine aur meri maa ne mere husband ko stamp paper par apni handwriting me apne affair ke baare me likh kar diya tha and aage se affair continue naa rakhne ke liye likh kar diya tha.tab mere husband ne yakin kar liya aur shaadi kar li meri maa ki izzat ke liye. Ab jabki main affair me nhi hu tab bi mera husband mujh par belive nhi karta kyoki meri transfer bi us police station me ho gai thi jis me mera ex boyfriend pahle hi post tha.and meri kuch recording jo shaadi se pahle ki thi lekin mere stamp paper par likhne ke baad ki h wo bi mere husband ko mil gai shaadi ke baad and un recordings me apne husband ko chup kar boy friend se milne ka jikra tha. Plz tell me kya ye mere against hoga court me .plz reply
