I a civil

I shall be grateful for valued guidance. I had filed an IA (Civil) before a Single Bench of HC which was dismissed. The ground for dismissal was wrong and my lawyer failed to make the judge understand the issue. now I want to challenge/appeal before the Division Bench against the dismissal. Can it be done and how? Regards
