I do not want a divorce

Mera naam sameer shah hai mai muslim hu aur maine 3 saal pehle nusrat ke sath bhag kar shadi ki hai shadi islami kanoon se hui hai mere pas nikah naama hai aur shadi ki notry bhi hai. wo kehti hai wo court se mujhe divorce degi aur mai nahi chahta ke usko divorce du. mujhe divorce nahi chahiye please help me...

Try to solve your misunderstandings amicably , take help from your elders or from mutual friends to solve your's differences, if she still remains adament and didn't listen to anyone then contest the divorce.

Go for councelling.. take the help of some relatives and try to resolve the differences.

First try to find out what is troubling her. May be someone that doesn't like you is instigating her against you. It could be someone who didn't want the two of you to get married in the first case or it can be someone who is interested in hard. If you don't want a divorce then you need to put that extra effort to find out the reasons. Take the help of some marriage counsellors who are available in family courts. She may not open up in front of your relatives as yours was a runaway marriage.
