i have filled petition for DNA test (maintenance case) in the court. Now the court told me as "petition dismissed as not pressed".
What is mean by "Dismissed as Not Pressed".

The term means that you did not pursue the petition sincerely and therefore it was not accepted. YOu can try to get it reinstated.
