My father is owing a property and there is a dispute in the boundary of our property with our neighbours.
They are now about to have some constructions near to the boundary as they claim. How can i approch this issue leagally?

Lodge complaint to the Police and local Municipality then file a suit for Injunction and Declaration in Civil Court.
