I need your urgent help

can a woman get ivf done when Her divorce case is ongoing? a divorce case will extend for minimum 3to 5yrs. women is self independent earning and will never demand or get alumny from husband. and also she wants to be single mother doesn't want any legitimacy of child. can you please give me any help about that
