I have two queries
1.If i buy a property (through registration) in how many days can i resale the same property, is there any waiting period
2.If i sell a property (register it to somebody ) can i revoke the sale registration, under what conditions and under what time limit

You can sell it any time after registration.
A regd document can be cancelled by registering a cancellation deed to be signed by all the parties to the document i.e. buyer and seller.
