can police take identification parade from accuse of things seized from spot of crime to make it as an evidence against accuse that he was present at crime spot

Yes! Police can take identification parade of the accused.

Participating in identification parade is voluntary, which may be denied.

However, if accused is identified, it will be a conclusive evidence.
