If a politician has benami property and other form of black money .

My query is that if a Politician who is holding office (Say for example Corporater ) has benami transactions and benami property and black money in different other forms (Liquidated form ) ,, Then what all sections of which act shall He be punished in ??

Kindly note that unless allegations are proved with evidence in court no one can be punished.F.I.R. can be filed with supporting evidence .But kindly note that filing false complaint against any person may result in defamation case against saidcomplainant pl.note.so do not file any complaint just on hearsay news.pl.note
